- Price 1.25 Crores, Corner plot villas would be at extra 10% premium.
- Rs. 10 Lakhs for Amenities
- Booking Advance Rs. 10 Lakhs
- 30 % within one month from the date of booking.
- Balance 70 % in 7 quarterly installments spread over a period of 21 months.
- Registration charges & taxes extra.
